1. 10,500.00/pax - package includes:

          2,000.00 - Registration Fee
          6,000.00 - Airfare (PAL Express)
                         - 2 way ( May 27 - May 30 )
                         - Flight schedule :

                                       May 27 - 10:05 AM - 12:00 NN
                                       May 30 - 12:10 PM - 13:50 PM

           2,500.00 - Hotel Accomodation ( RED's Pension House )

                          - walking distance to Hotel Tavern
                          - May 27 to May 30
                          - w/ breakfast
                          - w/ Airport to Hotel / Hotel to Airport Service
                          - Double Occupancy (Sharing) good for 2

2. For Single Occupancy - Room Rate = 5,000.00 or 10,500.00 plus 2,500.00 = 13,000.00

3. Ticket only - 2 way = 6,000.00

4. Hotel only - 3 days = 2,500.00/pax (good for 3 days)

5. Mode of payment - Cash basis :
                          - pay direct to office or deposit to PAMS Account within this day.
                          - fax deposit slip to PAMS. Asap.

     - if check payment preferably personal check to be issue.
     - if payment will be made on Monday, there may be an additional price (100 or 200 pesos) for plane ticket depends on the     current or given price by the Ticketing Office.
